Psalms 92 The Psalmist Praises God for His Work, Justice, and Grace

 Psalms 92

The Psalmist Praises God for His Work, Justice, and Grace

It is good to give thanks to the Lord, and to sing praises to your name, O Most High;

That I may declare your lovingkindness in the morning, and your faithfulness every night:

On an instrument of ten strings, and on the psaltery, and on the harp with a solemn sound.

For you, O Lord, have made me glad through your work; I will triumph in the works of your hands.

How great are your works, O Lord! How deep are your thoughts!

A brutish man knows nothing, and a fool does not understand this.

The wicked spring up like grass, and all the workers of iniquity flourish, but they are destroyed forever.

But you, O Lord, are the Most High forever.

For behold, your enemies, O Lord, behold, your enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.

But you will exalt my horn like the horn of a unicorn; I will be anointed with fresh oil.

My eyes shall see my desire upon my enemies, and my ears shall hear of the evildoers that rise up against me.

The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree; he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.

They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing;

That they may declare that the Lord is upright; he is my rock, and there is no injustice in him.
