Deuteronomy 23
About fugitives, prostitutes, usury and vows
Thou shalt not deliver unto his master the servant that cometh to thee from his master;
With you he will be in your midst, in the place which he chooses in any of your gates, where he is well pleased: thou shalt not oppress him.
There shall be no whore among the daughters of Israel; neither shall there be sodomites among the children of Israel,
Thou shalt not bring a whore's salary nor a dog price to the house of the LORD thy God by any vow: for both of these are an abomination unto the LORD thy God.
Thou shalt not lend to usury to thy brother; neither the usury of money, nor the usury of food, nor the usury of anything that lends itself to usury.
To the stranger you shall lend to usury, but shall not lend to your brother to usury: that the Lord your God may bless you in all that you put your hand on the land to which you will possess it.
When you vow a vow to the Lord your God, you shall be quick to pay it. For the Lord your God will surely require it of you, and in you there will be sin.
But by refraining from voting there will be no sin in you.
What is gone out of thy mouth thou shalt keep, and do it; even the freewill offering, as you have voted to the Lord your God and declared it by your mouth.
When you come into your neighbour's vineyard, you shall eat grapes according to your desire until you are satisfied, but you shall not put them in your vessel.
When you come into your neighbour's harvest, you will tear out the ears with your hand. but you shall not put the sickle into your neighbor's harvest.
