Deuteronomy 21
About disobedient children
18 When anyone has a stubborn, rebellious son who does not obey his father's voice and his mother's voice, and when they punish him, he will not listen to them.
19 Then his father and his mother will take him and take him to the elders of his city and to the gate of his place.
20 And they shall say to the elders of the city, This son of ours is rebellious and stubborn, he will not hearken unto our voice: he is a glutton and a drunkard.
21 And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, till he die; and thou shalt take evil from among you, that all Israel may hear and fear.
