The journeys from Egypt to Moab
1 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which came out of the land of Egypt, according to their armies, by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
2 And Moses wrote his goings out according to his journeys, according to the word of the LORD: these are his journeys according to their going forth.
3 And they departed from Ramesses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month: on the next day of the passover the children of Israel went forth out of the hand of the Egyptians,
4 And the Egyptians buried them, which the LORD had smitten among them, every firstborn, and the LORD executed his judgments in their gods.
5 And the children of Israel departed from Rameses, and encamped in Succoth.
6 And they journeyed from Succoth, and pitched in Etam, which is at the end of the wilderness.
7 And they departed from Etam, and returned to Pihahiroth, which is before Baal-zefron, and encamped before Migdol.
8 And they departed from Hairoth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and walked them three days' journey in the wilderness of Etam, and encamped in Marah.
9 And they departed from Marah, and came to Elim, and in Elim there were twelve fountains of waters, and seventy palm trees, and pitched there.
10 And they journeyed from Elim, and encamped by the Red Sea, and pitched in the wilderness of Sim.
11 And they departed from the Red Sea, and pitched in the wilderness of Sim.
12 And they departed out of the wilderness of Sim, and pitched in Dophkah.
13 And they departed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.
14 And they departed from Alush, and encamped in Rafidim, but there was no water there, that the people might drink.
15 And they journeyed from Rafidim, and pitched in the wilderness of Sinai.
16 And they departed out of the wilderness of Sinai, and encamped in Kibroth-Hatavah.
17 And they departed from Kibroth-Hataavah, and encamped in Hazeroth.
18 And they departed from Hazeroth, and encamped in Rithmah.
19 And they departed from Rithmah, and pitched in Rimmon-Perez.
20 And they departed from Rimmon-Perez, and encamped in Libnah.
21 And they departed from Libnah, and encamped in Rissah.
22 And they departed from Rissah, and pitched in Kehelathah.
23 And they departed from Keuelta, and pitched in the mount of Saher.
24 And they departed from the mount Saher, and pitched in Harada.
25 And they departed from Harada, and pitched in Magueloth.
26 And they departed from Makheloth, and encamped in tact.
27 And they departed from Tacate, and pitched in tara.
28 And they departed from tara, and pitched in Mithka.
29 And they departed from Mithkah, and encamped in Hasmonah.
30 And they departed from Hasmonah, and pitched in Maseroth.
31 And they departed from Maseroth, and pitched in Bene-Jaakan.
32 And they departed from Bene-Jaakan, and encamped in Hor-haggadgad.
33 And they departed from Hor-haggadgad, and pitched in Jotbatha.
34 And they journeyed from Jotbathah, and pitched in Abronah.
35 And they journeyed from Abronah, and encamped in Eshi-geber.
36 And they departed from Eshi-geber, and pitched in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.
37 And they journeyed from Kadesh, and pitched in mount Hor, at the end of the land of Edom.
38 And Aaron the priest went up to mount Hor, according to the commandment of the LORD, and died there in the fifth month of the fortieth year of the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt, on the first day of the month.
39 And Aaron was an hundred and twenty and three years old when he died on Mount Hor.
40 And he heard the Canaanite king of Harad, who dwelt in the south in the land of Canaan, that the children of Israel were come.
41 And they departed from Hor, and encamped in Zalmonah.
42 And they departed from Zalmonah, and encamped in Punon.
43 And they departed from Punon, and pitched in Oboth.
44 And they journeyed from Obodeh, and encamped in the hill country of Abarim, at the border of Moab.
45 And they departed from the hills of Abarim, and pitched in Dibon Gad.
46 And they departed from Dibon-Gad, and encamped in Almom-Diblataim.
47 And they departed from Almom-Diblataim, and pitched in the mountains of Abarim before Nebo.
48 And they departed from the mountains of Abarim, and pitched in the plain of Moab by the Jordan of Jericho.
49 And they encamped by the Jordan from Beth Jeshimoth to Abel-shittim in the plains of Moab.
