Deuteronomy 11 The blessing and the curse

Deuteronomy 11
The blessing and the curse
26 Behold, today I set before you the blessing and the curse:
27 The blessing, when ye hear the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you this day;
28 But the curse, if ye will not hear the commandments of the LORD your God, and turn from the way which I command you this day, to follow other gods that ye have not known.
29 And it shall come to pass, when the LORD thy God hath brought thee into the land, to which thou shalt go to possess it, then shalt thou pronounce the blessing upon the mount of Gerizim, and the curse upon the mount of Ebal.
30 Are they not from the Jordan, by the way of the sunset, in the land of the Canaanites, that dwell in the plain over against Gilgal, by the oaks of Moreh?
31 For ye shall pass over the Jordan, that ye may possess the land, which the LORD your God giveth you, and ye shall possess, and dwell therein.
32 Take heed therefore to do all the statutes and judgments which I propose unto you this day.
