Jacob blesses his children and dies
And Jacob called his sons and said, Gather yourselves together, and announce you'll what's happening to you in the latter days;
Gather yourselves together, and hear, ye sons of Jacob; and listen to Israel your father:
Reuben, you are my firstborn, my strength, and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of dignity, and the excellency of power.
Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because you went up to your father's bed. Then defiledst; rose will my bed.
Simeon and Levi are brothers; their swords are weapons of violence.
In their secret not enter my soul with his congregation my glory not be gathered together; because in their anger they slew men, and in their wantonness snatched oxen.
Cursed be their anger, for it was strong, and their wrath, for it lasts; I will divide them in Jacob, and scatter them in Israel.
Judah, thou shall praise thee thy brethren; thy hand shall be on the neck of your enemies; the sons of your father bow down before thee.
Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son. to bow down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion who shall rouse him?
Cedar not arredarás from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and it will gather people.
Binding his colt will see, and the son of his ass will the choice vine; he shall wash his garment in wine, and his cloak in the blood of grapes.
The eyes are red with wine, and teeth white with milk.
Zebulun shall dwell at the haven of the sea, and is an haven of ships, and his border shall be at Sidon.
Issachar is a strong ass, lying down between the burdens.
And he saw that rest was good and that the land was delicious and lowered his shoulder to lead, and served under tribute.
Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel.
Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that mode the horse's heels, and makes fall his rider behind.
waited for thy salvation, O Lord!
Gad, a troop overcome him: but he shall overcome at the end.
Out of Asher his bread will be plentiful, and he shall yield royal delicacies.
Naphtali is a loose uncared for; he gives goodly words.
Joseph is a fruitful bough, a fruitful bough by a spring; its branches run over the wall.
The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at and hated.
Your bow, however, held in the strong arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty Jacob (where the pastor and Israel Stone)
By the God of thy father, who shall help thee, and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, with blessings of the deep that lieth under, with blessings of the breasts and womb.
The blessings of your father exceed the blessings of my parents, until the end of the everlasting hills; they will be on the head of Joseph, on the crown of the head that was separated from his brethren.
Benjamin is a ravenous wolf; the morning shall eat the prey, and in the afternoon divide the spoil.
All these are the twelve tribes of Israel; and this is what his father said when he blessed them; to each according to his blessing he blessed.
And he charged them, and said unto them, I congrego me to my people; bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in the field of Ephron the Hittite,
In the cave that is in the field of Machpelah, which is before Mamre, in the land of Canaan, which Abraham bought with the field of Ephron the Hittite for buryingplace.
There they buried Abraham and Sarah his wife; there they buried Isaac and Rebekah his wife; and there I buried Leah.
The field and the cave that is therein, was bought from the Hittites.
Finishing for Jacob to give commandments to his sons, he gathered up his feet into the bed, and expired, and was gathered to his people.
