Moses and Aaron speak to Pharaoh
1 Then Moses and Aaron, and said unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Senho God of Israel, Let my people go, to celebrate me a party in the desert.
2 And Pharaoh said, Who is Jehovah, whose voice I hear, to let Israel go? I know not the Lord, neither will I let Israel go.
3 And they said, The God of the Hebrews has met with us; so now let us go three days' journey into the wilderness to sacrifice to the Lord and he will not come upon us with pestilence or with the sword.
4 Then I told them the king of Egypt, Moses and Aaron, why do ye stop the people from their works? Go to your burdens.
5 And Pharaoh said, Behold, the people of the land are now many, and ye make them rest from their burdens.
