Genesis 24
Rebeca consent to marry Isaac
And they called Rebekah, and said unto him, Wilt thou go with this man? She answered: I will.
And they sent away Rebekah their sister, and her nurse, and the servants of Abraham and his men,
And they blessed Rebekah and said to him: Thou art our sister, be thou into thousands of thousands, and let thy seed possess the gate of their enemies!
And Rebekah arose, and her damsels, and they rode upon the camels, and followed the man: and the servant took Rebekah and left.
Now Isaac came from the way of the well Lahai Roi; I dwelt in the land southward.
And Isaac went out to pray in the field, on the evening: and he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, the camels were coming.
Rebekah lifted up her eyes and saw Isaac, and jumped into the camel.
And he said to the servant: Who is that man that walketh in the field to meet us? And the servant said, It is my master. So she took a veil and covered herself.
And the servant told Isaac all the things he had done.
And Isaac trouse it to the tent of his mother Sarah and took Rebekah, and she was her wife, and he loved her. Isaac was comforted after the death of his mother.
