Prophecy against Moab

8 Thus says the Lord God: Because Moab and Seir say, “Behold, the house of Judah is like all the nations,”

9 Therefore, behold, I will open up the side of Moab from the cities, from its cities beyond the borders, the glory of the land, Beth-jeshimoth, Baal-meon, and even Kiriathaim,

10 even to the children of the east, to the land of the children of Ammon, which I will give as a possession, so that there will be no memory of the children of Ammon among the nations.

11 I will also execute judgments on Moab, and they shall know that I am the Lord.
