12 But the children of Israel did again what seemed evil in the eyes of the Lord: Then the Lord made Eglon, king of the Moabites, against Israel: because they did what seemed evil in the eyes of the Lord.
13 And he joined the children of Ammon and the Amalekites with him, and went, and smote Israel, and took the city of palm trees.
14 And the children of Israel served Eglon, king of the Moabites, eighteen years.
