The laws about who curse their parents or hurt anyone
17 And who curses his father or his mother, shall surely die.
18 And if some men make war, wounding one another with a stone or fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed;
19 If it make to get up and walk on his staff, then he who struck him shall be cleared: only he shall pay for the time lost and will heal fully.
20 If a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and they die under his hand, he shall surely be punished;
21 But if they stay alive for a day or two, will not be punished because it is their money.
22 If some men make war, and injuring a pregnant woman and are concerned that miscarry, but if there is no death, will surely be fined as to what lay upon him the woman's husband, and pay before the judges.
23 But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life,
24 Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
25 burn for burn, wound for wound, blow for blow.
26 And when a man strikes the eye of his servant, or the eye of his handmaid, and the damage, let you go free for his eye.
27 And if you take out the tooth of his servant or the tooth of his maidservant, let you go free for his tooth.
28 And if a bull gores a man or woman to death, the ox shall be stoned certainly, and his flesh is not eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be acquitted.
29 But if the ox was escorneador, and its owner was informed of that and not kept, and its owner also shall die.
30 If you rescue tax, then give a ransom of his life whatsoever is laid upon him,
31 Whether you escorneado a child, whether escorneado a daughter; according to this status will be you.
32 If the ox shall push a manservant or maidservant, he shall give-thirty shekels of silver to their master, and the ox shall be stoned.
33 If a man open a pit, or if a man digs a pit, and not cover it, and it dropped an ox or ass,
34 The owner of the pit will pay, its owner shall refund the money, but the dead shall be his.
35 If the ox hurt someone's death the ox of his neighbor, then sell the live ox, and his money shall be divided equally, and also the dead shall be divided equally.
36 But if it was known that the ox was escorneador, and its owner has not kept it in, you shall surely pay ox for ox; and the dead shall be his.
