Exodus 21
The laws about the servants and murderers
These are the judgments which you:
If you buy a Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free.
If you entered only with his body, only your body will: if he was a married man, his wife shall go with him.
If his master gives him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall be her master, and he will only your body.
But if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master and my wife, and my children; I not go out free:
Then his master shall bring him to the judges, and will arrive at the door, or the wicket, and his master shall bore his ear through with an awl; and will forever.
And if any sell his daughter handmaid, as will leave the servants.
If displeasing in the eyes of his master, and not marry her, will that withdrawal, can not sell her to a strange people using treacherously with her.
But if her for his son, he shall deal with her after the law of daughters.
If you take another, not diminish keeping this or your dress or your marital obligation.
If you do these three things, you go free without money.
Who hurt someone, you die, it also surely die;
But if you did not set traps, but God did find in their hands, ordained thee a place whither he shall flee.
But if anyone ensoberbecer against his neighbor, killing him with deceit, take him from my altar, that he may die.
What strikes his father or his mother, shall surely die.
And who steal a man, and sell, or is found in his hand, he shall surely die.
