4 And he brought them not to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer an offering unto the LORD before the tabernacle of the LORD, to such a man shall be accounted the blood; He hath shed blood: therefore shall a man be cut off from his people,
5 That the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices upon the face of the field, and bring them to the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation to the priest, and offer them for peace offerings unto the LORD.
6 And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar of the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and burn the fat for a sweet savor unto the LORD.

Leviticus 16The sacrifice for the people15 And he shall slay the goat of the sin offering, which shall be for the people, and bring their blood into the veil; And he shall do with his blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat.16 And he shall make an atonement for the sanctuary, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and of their transgressions, according to all their iniquities: and so shall he do unto the tabernacle of the congregation that dwelleth with them in the midst of their uncleanness.17 And no man shall be in the tabernacle of the congregation, when he goeth to make atonement in the sanctuary, until he goeth out: so shall he make an atonement for himself, and for his house, and for all the congregation of Israel.18 And he went out to the altar, which is before the LORD, and made an atonement for him; And shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about.19 And he shall sprinkle of that blood with his finger upon it seven times, and shall cleanse it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and sanctify it.20 And when the sanctuary and the tabernacle of the congregation have been made an atonement, and the altar, then he shall bring the live goat.21 And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over it all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions, for all their sins: and he shall set them upon the head of the goat, and send And he shall cast it into the wilderness by the hand of a man appointed to it.22 And the goat shall bear all his iniquities unto the solitary land; And send the goat into the wilderness.23 And Aaron shall come to the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall strip off his linen garments, which he had clothed when he entered into the sanctuary, and shall leave them there.24 And he shall bathe his flesh in water in the holy place, and shall put on his garments; and he shall go out and prepare his burnt offering, and the burnt offering of the people, and make an atonement for himself and for the people.25 And he shall burn the fat of the sin offering on the altar.26 And he that hath borne the goat (which was the goat that was sent), shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water; And afterward he shall enter into the camp.27 But the bullock of the sin-offering, and the goat of the sin-offering, whose blood was brought to make atonement in the sanctuary, shall be carried away from the camp: but their skins, their flesh, and their dung shall burn in the fire.28 And he that burneth them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water; And afterward he shall enter into the camp.

17 E nenhum homem estará na tenda da congregação quando ele entrar a fazer propiciação no santuário, até que ele saia: assim fará expiação por si mesmo, e pela sua casa, e por toda a congregação de Israel.
18 Então saíra ao altar, que está perante o Senhor, e fará expiação por ele; e tomará do sangue do novilho, e do sangue do bode, e o porá sobre as pontas do altar ao redor.
19 E daquele sangue espargirá sobre ele com o seu dedo sete vezes, e o purificará das imundícias dos filhos de Israel, e o santificará.
20 Havendo pois acabado de expiar o santuário e a tenda da congregação, e o altar, então fará chegar o bode vivo.
21 E Aarão porá ambas as suas mãos sobre a cabeça do bode vivo, e sobre ele confessará todas as iniqüidades dos filhos de Israel, e todas as suas tansgressões, segundo todos os seus pecados: e os porá sobre a cabeça do bode, e envia-lo-á ao deserto, pela mão de um homem designado para isso.
22 Assim aquele bode levará sobre si todas as iniqüidades deles à terra solitária; e enviará o bode ao deserto.
23 Depois Aarão virá à tenda da congregação, e despirá os vestidos de linho, que havia vestido quando entrara no santuário, e ali os deixará.
24 E banhará a sua carne em água no lugar santo, e vestirá os seus vestidos: então sairá e preparará o seu holocausto, e o holocausto do povo, e fará expiação por si e pelo povo.
25 Também queimará a gordura da expiação do pecado sobre o altar.
26 E aquele que tiver levado o bode ( que era o bode emissário ), lavará os seus vestidos, e banhará a sua carne em água; e depois entrará no arraial.
27 Mas o novilho da expiação, e o bode da expiação do pecado, cujo sangue foi trazido para fazer expiação no santuário será levado fora do arraial: porém as suas peles, a sua carne, e o seu esterco queimarão no fogo.
28 E aquele que os queimar lavará os seus vestidos, e banhará a sua carne em água; e depois entrará no arraial.

14 And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it on the face of the mercy seat, toward the east side; And he shall sprinkle the blood seven times with his finger before the mercy seat.
