Unlawful marriage
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, I am the LORD your God.
3 Ye shall not do according to the works of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, and ye shall not do according to the works of the land of Canaan, to which I bring you, and ye shall not walk in their statutes.
4 And ye shall do according to my judgments, and my statutes shall ye keep, to walk in them: I am the Lord your God.
5 Therefore keep my statutes and my judgments; Whom the man shall do for them: I am the Lord.
6 No man shall approach any of his kinsmen to discover their nakedness; I am the Lord.
7 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father and thy mother; She is your mother; Thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.
8 You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father's wife.
9 The nakedness of your sister, the daughter of your father, or the daughter of your mother, born at home, or out of the house, you shall not uncover her nakedness.
10 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy son's daughter, or of thy daughter's daughter: for it is thy nakedness.
11 The nakedness of the daughter of the wife of thy father, which is begotten of thy father (she is thy sister), his nakedness thou shalt not uncover.
12 You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father's sister; She's a relative of your father.
13 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister; For she is the kinswoman of thy mother.
14 You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father's brother; Thou shalt not come to his wife; She is your aunt.
15 The nakedness of thy daughter-in-law thou shalt not uncover: she is the wife of thy son: thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.
16 You shall not uncover the nakedness of your brother's wife; It is your brother's nakedness.
17 You shall not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter; you shall not take the daughter of your son or the daughter of his daughter to discover her nakedness; Kinsfolk are: wickedness is.
18 And thou shalt not take a wife with her sister, to afflict her, and discover her nakedness with her in her life.
