ईश्वर की सर्वव्यापकता और सर्वशक्तिमानता

1 हे प्रभु, तूने मुझे जाँचा और जाना है।

2 तू मेरा उठना-बैठना जानता है; तू मेरे विचारों को दूर से ही समझ लेता है।

3 तू मेरे मार्ग और लेटने की रक्षा करता है; तू मेरे सभी मार्गों से परिचित है।

4 हे प्रभु, मेरे मुँह पर कोई बात आने से पहले ही तू सब कुछ जान लेता है।

5 तूने मुझे चारों ओर से घेर लिया है; तूने अपना हाथ मुझ पर रखा है।

6 यह ज्ञान मेरे लिए बहुत अद्भुत है; यह मेरे लिए बहुत ऊँचा है।

7 मैं तेरी आत्मा से कहाँ जा सकता हूँ? या मैं तेरी उपस्थिति से कहाँ भाग सकता हूँ?

8 यदि मैं स्वर्ग में चढ़ूँ, तो तू वहाँ है; यदि मैं अधोलोक में अपना बिस्तर बिछाऊँ, तो तू वहाँ है।

9 यदि मैं भोर के पंख लगाऊँ, यदि मैं समुद्र के छोर पर बस जाऊँ।

10 वहाँ भी तेरा हाथ मेरी अगुवाई करेगा, तेरा दाहिना हाथ मुझे थामे रहेगा।

11 यदि मैं कहूँ, “निश्चय अन्धकार मुझे ढाँप लेगा,” तो रात मेरे चारों ओर उजाला हो जाएगी।

12 अन्धकार भी मुझे तुझ से नहीं छिपा सकता, परन्तु रात दिन के समान चमकती है; अन्धकार और उजाला तेरे लिये एक समान हैं।

13 क्योंकि तू ने मेरे मन को रचा; तू ने मुझे मेरी माता के गर्भ में रचा।

14 मैं तेरी स्तुति करूँगा, क्योंकि मैं भयानक और अद्भुत रीति से रचा गया हूँ; तेरे काम अद्भुत हैं, और मेरा मन इसे भली भाँति जानता है।

15 जब मैं गुप्त में बनाया जा रहा था, और पृथ्वी की गहराइयों में बुना जा रहा था, तब मेरा ढाँचा तुझ से छिपा न था।

16 तेरी आँखों ने मेरे बेडौल शरीर को देखा, और ये सब बातें तेरी पुस्तक में लिखी गईं, जो दिन प्रतिदिन बनती जाती थीं, जब उनमें से कुछ भी नहीं था। 

17 हे परमेश्वर, तेरे विचार मेरे लिये कितने अनमोल हैं! उनका योग कितना बड़ा है! 

18 यदि मैं उनको गिन सकता, तो वे बालू के किनकों से भी अधिक होते; परन्तु जब मैं जागता हूं, तब भी तेरे संग रहता हूं। 

19 हे परमेश्वर, तू दुष्टों को निश्चय मार डालेगा; इसलिये हे हत्यारों, मेरे पास से चले जाओ। 

20 क्योंकि वे तेरे विरुद्ध बातें करते हैं; तेरे शत्रु तेरा नाम व्यर्थ लेते हैं। 

21 हे यहोवा, क्या मैं तेरे बैरियों से घृणा नहीं करता? क्या मैं तेरे विरोधियों के कारण शोकित नहीं होता? 

22 मैं उन से पूरी घृणा करता हूं; मैं उन्हें अपना शत्रु गिनता हूं। 

23 हे परमेश्वर, मुझे जांचकर जान ले; मुझे परखकर मेरे विचार जान ले। 

24 और देख कि मुझ में कोई बुरी चाल है कि नहीं, और अनन्त के मार्ग में मेरी अगुवाई कर।

1 O Lord, you have searched me and known me.

2 You know my sitting down and my rising up; you understand my thought from afar.

3 You compass my path and my lying down; you are acquainted with all my ways.

4 Before there is a word on my tongue, behold, O Lord, you know it all.

5 You have hemmed me in on every side; you have laid your hand upon me.

6 This knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is too high for me to attain it.

7 Where can I go from your Spirit? or where can I flee from your presence?

8 If I ascend into heaven, you are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, you are there.

9 If I take the wings of the morning, if I dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea.

10 Even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.

11 If I say, "Surely the darkness will cover me," then the night will be light around me.

12 Even the darkness does not hide me from you, but the night shines as the day; the darkness and the light are alike to you.

13 For you formed my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother's womb.

14 I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are your works, and that is what my soul knows very well.

15 My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth.

16 Your eyes saw my unformed body, and in your book all these things were written, day by day being formed, when as yet there was none of them. 

17 How precious are your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! 

18 If I could count them, they would outnumber the sand; when I awake, I am still with you. 

19 O God, you will surely slay the wicked; therefore depart from me, you bloodthirsty men.

 20 For they speak evil against you; your enemies take your name in vain. 

21 Do I not hate, O Lord, those who hate you? Do I not grieve because of those who rise up against you? 

22 I hate them with complete hatred; I count them as my enemies. 

23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my thoughts. 

24 And see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

3 Cercas o meu andar, e o meu deitar; e conheces todos os meus caminhos.

4 Sem que haja uma palavra na minha língua, eis que, ó Senhor, tudo conheces.

5 Tu me cercaste em volta; e puseste sobre mim a tua mão.

6 Tal ciência é para mim maravilhosíssima; tão alta que não a posso atingir.

7 Para onde me irei do teu Espírito, ou para onde fugirei da tua face?

8 Se subir ao céu, tu ai estás; se fizer no Seol a minha cama, eis que tu ali estás também.

9 Se tomar as asas da alva, se habitar as extremidades do mar.

15 Os meus ossos não te foram encobertos, quando no oculto fui formado, e entretecido como nas profundezas da terra.

16 Os teus olhos viram o meu corpo ainda informe, e no teu livro todas estas coisas foram escritas; as quais iam sendo dia-a-dia formadas, quando nem ainda uma delas havia.

17 E quão preciosos me são, ó Deus, os teus pensamentos! Quão grandes são as somas deles!

18 Se as contasse, seriam em maior número do que a areia: quando acordo ainda estou contigo.

19 Ó Deus! Tu matarás de certo o ímpio: apartai-vos portanto de mim, homens de sangue.

20 Pois falam malvadamente contra ti; e os teus inimigos tomam o teu nome em vão.

21 Não aborreço eu, ó Senhor, aqueles que te aborrecem, e não me aflijo por causa dos que se levantam contra ti?

22 Aborreço-os com ódio completo: tenho-os por inimigos.

23 Sonda-me, ó Deus, e conhece o meu coração: prova-me, e conhece os meus pensamentos.

24 E vê se há em mim algum caminho mau, e guia-me pelo caminho eterno.

 2 मैं तेरे पवित्र मन्दिर की ओर झुकूंगा और तेरी करुणा और सच्चाई के कारण तेरे नाम की स्तुति करूंगा, क्योंकि तू ने अपने वचन को अपने सारे नाम से अधिक महान किया है।

 3 जिस दिन मैंने पुकारा, तूने मुझे उत्तर दिया; तूने मुझे प्रोत्साहित किया, और मेरे मन को बल दिया।

 4 हे यहोवा, जब वे तेरे मुंह के वचन सुनेंगे, तब पृथ्वी के सब राजा तेरी स्तुति करेंगे। 

5 वे यहोवा के मार्गों के विषय में गाएंगे, क्योंकि यहोवा की महिमा बड़ी है।

8 यहोवा मेरे विषय में जो कुछ है, उसे सिद्ध करेगा; हे यहोवा, तेरी करुणा सदा की है; अपने हाथ के कामों को न त्याग।

1 I will praise You, O Lord, with all my heart; in the presence of the gods I will sing praises to You.

2 I will bow down toward Your holy temple; I will praise Your name for Your lovingkindness and for Your truth, for You have magnified Your word above all Your name.

3 In the day when I called, You answered me; You strengthened me by strengthening my soul.

4 All the kings of the earth will praise You, O Lord, when they hear the words of Your mouth;

5 They will sing of the ways of the Lord, for great is the glory of the Lord.

6 Though the Lord is high, He regards the lowly; But the proud He knows from afar.

 7 When I walk in the midst of trouble, you will revive me; you will stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand will save me.

3 No dia em que eu clamei, me escutaste; alentaste-me, fortalecendo a minha alma.

4 Todos os reis da terra te louvarão, ó Senhor, quando ouvirem as palavras da tua boca;

5 E cantarão os caminhos do Senhor; pois grande é a glória do Senhor.

6 Ainda que o Senhor é excelso, atenta para o humilde; mas ao soberbo conhece-o de longe.

7 Andando eu no meio da angústia, tu me revivificarás: estenderás a tua mão contra a ira dos meus inimigos, e a tua destra me salvará.

1 यहोवा की स्तुति करो। यहोवा के नाम की स्तुति करो; हे यहोवा के सेवकों, उसकी स्तुति करो।

2 तुम जो यहोवा के भवन में, हमारे परमेश्वर के भवन के आंगनों में खड़े हो।

3 यहोवा की स्तुति करो, क्योंकि यहोवा भला है; उसके नाम की स्तुति गाओ, क्योंकि वह मनभावन है।

4 क्योंकि यहोवा ने याकूब को अपना और इस्राएल को अपना निज धन चुना है।

1 Praise the Lord. Praise the name of the Lord; praise him, you servants of the Lord.

2 You who stand in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God.

3 Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; sing praises to his name, for it is pleasant.

4 For the Lord has chosen Jacob as his own, Israel as his peculiar treasure.

5 For I know that the Lord is great, and that our God is above all gods.

6 Whatever the Lord pleases, he does, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps.

7 He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; he makes lightnings for the rain; he brings out the winds from his storehouses.

8 He struck down the firstborn of Egypt, both man and beast;

14 For the LORD will judge his people, and will repent for his servants' sake.

15 The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.

16 They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes they have, but they see not.

17 They have ears, but they hear not; there is no breath in their mouths. 

18 May those who make them be like them, and so will all who trust in them.

19 Bless the Lord, house of Israel; bless the Lord, house of Aaron.
