1 हे यहोवा, मेरी प्रार्थना सुन, और मेरी दोहाई तुझ तक पहुँचे।

2 मेरे संकट के दिन अपना मुख मुझसे मत छिपा; अपना कान मेरी ओर लगा; जिस दिन मैं पुकारूँ, तुरन्त उत्तर दे।

3 क्योंकि मेरे दिन धुएँ की नाईं भस्म हो गए हैं, और मेरी हड्डियाँ जलती हुई लकड़ी की नाईं जल गई हैं।

 20 कि बन्दियों का कराहना सुने, और प्राणदण्ड के लिये ठहराए हुए लोगों को छुड़ाए; 

21 कि सिय्योन में यहोवा का नाम और यरूशलेम में उसकी स्तुति हो; 

22 जब सब जाति-जाति और राज्य-राज्य के लोग यहोवा की उपासना करने को इकट्ठे हों। 

23 उसने मार्ग में मेरा बल तोड़ दिया, और मेरे दिन घटा दिए हैं। 

24 मैं ने कहा, हे मेरे परमेश्वर, हे मेरे जीवन के मध्य में मुझे न उठा ले, तू तो पीढ़ी-पीढ़ी का है।

1 Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come to you.

1 I will sing of mercy and justice; to you, O Lord, I will sing.

2 I will behave myself wisely in the way of integrity. When will you come to me? I will walk in my house with a blameless heart.

3 I will set no wicked thing before my eyes: I hate the deeds of them that turn aside; none shall cling to me.

4 A perverse heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked man.

5 Whoever slanders his neighbor in secret I will destroy: him who has a haughty look and a proud heart I will not suffer.

1 The Lord reigns; let the earth rejoice; let the many islands be glad.

2 Clouds and darkness are around him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.

3 A fire goes before him; it burns up his enemies on every side.

4 His lightnings give light to the world; the earth saw and trembled.

5 The mountains melt like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of all the earth.

6 The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the peoples see his glory.

7 Let all who serve carved images be put to shame, who boast of worthless idols; bow down before him, all you gods.

8 Zion heard and was glad; and the children of Judah rejoiced because of your righteousness, O Lord.

9 For you, O Lord, are the Most High over all the earth, far above all gods.

10 You who love the Lord, hate evil; he preserves the souls of his saints; he delivers them from the hand of the wicked.

11 Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.

12 Rejoice in the Lord, O righteous, and give thanks in remembrance of his holiness.

1 O Senhor reina; regozije-se a terra: alegrem-se as muitas ilhas.

2 Nuvens e obscuridade estão ao redor dele; justiça e juízo são a base do seu trono.

3 Adiante dele vai um fogo que abrasa os seus inimigos em redor.

4 Os seus relâmpagos alumiam o mundo; a terra viu e tremeu.

5 Os montes se derretem como cera na presença do Senhor, na presença do Senhor de toda a terra.

6 Os céus anunciam a sua justiça, e todos os povos vêem a sua glória.

7 Confundidos sejam todos os que servem imagens de escultura, que se gloriam de ídolos inúteis: prostrai-vos diante dele, todos os deuses.

8 Sião ouviu e se alegrou; e os filhos de Judá se alegraram por causa da tua justiça, ó Senhor.

9 Pois tu, Senhor és o Altíssimo em toda a terra; muito mais elevado que todos os deuses.

10 Vós, que amais ao Senhor, aborrecei o mal: ele guarda as almas dos seus santos, ele os livra das mãos dos ímpios.

11 A luz semeia-se para o justo, e a alegria para os retos de coração.

12 Alegrai-vos, ó justo, no Senhor, e dai louvores em memória da sua santidade.

सारी पृथ्वी को यहोवा की स्तुति करने और उसका भय मानने का आह्वान

1 यहोवा के लिए एक नया गीत गाओ; हे सारी पृथ्वी के लोगो, यहोवा के लिए गाओ!

2 यहोवा के लिए गाओ, उसके नाम को धन्य कहो; दिन-प्रतिदिन उसके उद्धार की घोषणा करो!

3 राष्ट्रों के बीच उसकी महिमा का, सभी लोगों के बीच उसके आश्चर्यकर्मों का बखान करो।

4 क्योंकि यहोवा महान है और उसकी स्तुति बहुत करनी चाहिए, और वह सब देवताओं से अधिक भययोग्य है।

5 क्योंकि देश-देश के सब देवता व्यर्थ हैं; परन्तु यहोवा ने स्वर्ग को बनाया है।

 9 पवित्रता के तेज से यहोवा की आराधना करो; हे पृथ्वी के सब लोगों, उसके साम्हने कांप उठो।

10 जाति जाति के लोगों से कहो, “प्रभु राज्य करता है; जगत भी स्थिर रहेगा, ऐसा न डगमगाएगा। वह देश देश के लोगों का न्याय धर्म से करेगा।”

11 आकाश आनन्दित हो, पृथ्वी मगन हो; समुद्र और उसमें जो कुछ है वह गरज उठे।

12 मैदान और उसमें जो कुछ है वह आनन्दित हो; तब जंगल के सब वृक्ष भी आनन्दित होंगे,

13 प्रभु के साम्हने, क्योंकि वह आ रहा है, क्योंकि वह पृथ्वी का न्याय करने को आ रहा है। वह जगत का न्याय धर्म से, और देश देश के लोगों का न्याय सच्चाई से करेगा।

A Call to All the Earth to Praise and Fear the Lord

1 Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth!

2 Sing to the Lord, bless his name; proclaim his salvation from day to day!

3 Declare his glory among the nations, his wonders among all peoples.

4 For great is the Lord and greatly to be praised, and he is to be feared above all gods.

5 For all the gods of the peoples are worthless; but the Lord made the heavens.

6 Glory and majesty are before him; strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.

7 Ascribe to the Lord, O families of the peoples, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength!

8 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.

 9 Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness; tremble before him, all the earth.

10 Say among the nations, “The Lord reigns; the world also will be established, so that it will not be moved. He will judge the peoples with righteousness.”

11 Let the heavens be glad, let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar, and all that is in it.

12 Let the field be glad, and all that is in it; then all the trees of the forest will be glad,

13 Before the face of the Lord, for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with his truth.
