The death of Joshua and Eleazar
29 And it happened after these things, that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died, being of the age of one hundred and ten years.
30 And they buried him at the end of his homestead at Timnath-sera, which is on Mount Ephraim, north of Mount Gaas.
31 Israel therefore served the Lord all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who still lived long after Joshua, and knew all the work that the Lord had done for Israel.
32 They also buried Joseph's bones in Shechem, which the children of Israel brought from Egypt, in that part of the field that Jacob had bought from the children of Hemor, Shechem's father, for a hundred pieces of silver: because they were an inheritance for the children of Joseph .
33 Eleazar, the son of Aaron, also died, and they buried him on the hill of Phinehas his son, who had been given him on the mountain of Ephraim.
