1 यहोवा की स्तुति करो: यहोवा की स्तुति करो, क्योंकि वह भला है, क्योंकि उसकी दया सदा बनी रहती है।

2 यहोवा के महान कार्यों का वर्णन कौन कर सकता है? कौन उसकी स्तुति कर सकता है?

3 धन्य हैं वे जो न्याय करते हैं, जो हर समय धार्मिकता करते हैं।

1 Praise the Lord: Praise the Lord, for he is good, for his mercy endures forever.

2 Who can utter the mighty works of the Lord? Who can declare his praise?

3 Blessed are those who do justice, who do righteousness at all times.

4 Remember me, O Lord, according to your good pleasure toward your people; visit me with your salvation;

5 That I may see the good things of your chosen ones, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your people, that I may joy in your inheritance.

6 We and our fathers have sinned; we have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly.

23 Therefore he said that he would have destroyed them, if Moses, his chosen one, had not stood before him at that time, to turn away his wrath, so that he would not destroy them.

24 They also despised the pleasant land; they did not believe his word.

25 But they grumbled in their tents and did not listen to the voice of the Lord. 

26 Therefore he lifted up his hand against them, saying that he would overthrow them in the wilderness; 

27 that he would also bring their seed low among the nations, and scatter them through the countries. 

28 They joined themselves also to Baal of Peor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead. 

29 Thus they provoked him to anger by their doings; and the plague broke out among them. 

30 Then Phinehas arose, and executed judgment, and the plague was stayed. 

31 And it was accounted to him for righteousness from generation to generation forever. 

32 They also provoked him to anger at the waters of strife, so that it went badly with Moses because of them;

36 And they served their idols, which became a snare to them.

38 And they shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan; and the land was polluted with blood.

39 Thus they defiled themselves with their works, and corrupted themselves with their doings.

40 Therefore the anger of the Lord was kindled against his people, so that he abhorred his inheritance.

41 And he gave them into the hand of the nations; and those who hated them ruled over them.

42 And their enemies oppressed them, and subdued them under their hand.

43 Many times he delivered them; but they provoked him with their counsel, and were brought low for their iniquity. 

44 Yet he saw their affliction when he heard their cry.

45 He remembered his covenant and had compassion according to the multitude of his mercies.

46 Therefore he showed mercy to those who carried them away captive.

47 Save us, O Lord our God, and gather us from the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise.

2 वह अपने को वस्त्र की नाईं उजियाले से ढांपता है; वह आकाश को परदे की नाईं तानता है।

4 He makes the winds his messengers, his ministers a flaming fire.

 20 कि बन्दियों का कराहना सुने, और प्राणदण्ड के लिये ठहराए हुए लोगों को छुड़ाए; 

21 कि सिय्योन में यहोवा का नाम और यरूशलेम में उसकी स्तुति हो; 

22 जब सब जाति-जाति और राज्य-राज्य के लोग यहोवा की उपासना करने को इकट्ठे हों। 

23 उसने मार्ग में मेरा बल तोड़ दिया, और मेरे दिन घटा दिए हैं।

1 Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come to you.

2 Do not hide your face from me in the day of my trouble; incline your ear to me; in the day I call, answer me quickly.

3 For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned like firewood.

4 My heart is wounded and withered like grass, so that I forget to eat my bread.

1 I will sing of mercy and justice; to you, O Lord, I will sing.

2 I will behave myself wisely in the way of integrity. When will you come to me? I will walk in my house with a blameless heart.

3 I will set no wicked thing before my eyes: I hate the deeds of them that turn aside; none shall cling to me.

4 A perverse heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked man.

5 Whoever slanders his neighbor in secret I will destroy: him who has a haughty look and a proud heart I will not suffer.

6 My eyes shall seek the faithful of the land, that they may be with me: he who walks in the way of integrity, he shall serve me.

7 He who works deceit shall not dwell within my house: he who speaks lies shall not be established in my sight.

8 In the morning I will destroy all the wicked in the land, to cut off from the city of the Lord all the workers of iniquity.

1 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!

2 Serve the Lord with gladness; come before him with singing.

3 Know that the Lord, he is God; it is he, not we, who has made us his people, the sheep of his pasture.

4 Enter into his gates with praise, and into his courts with praise; give thanks to him, and bless his name.

5 For the Lord is good, and his mercy endures forever; and his truth endures to all generations.
