A excelência do amor fraternal
1 Oh! Quão bom e quão suave é que os irmãos vivam em união!
2 É como o óleo precioso sobre a cabeça, que desce sobre a
barba, a barba de Aarão, e que desce à orla dos seus vestidos.
3 Como o orvalho de Hermom, que desce sobre os montes de

1 हे यहोवा, दाऊद और उसके सारे क्लेशों को स्मरण कर।
2 उसने यहोवा से शपथ खाई, और याकूब के पराक्रमी से मन्नत माँगी,
3 निश्चय मैं उस तम्बू में नहीं जाऊँगा जहाँ मैं रहता हूँ, और न उस बिछौने पर चढ़ूँगा जहाँ मैं सोता हूँ।
4 मैं अपनी आँखों को नींद नहीं दूँगा, और न अपनी पलकों को झपकी आने दूँगा,
5 जब तक मैं यहोवा के लिए एक स्थान, याकूब के पराक्रमी के लिए एक निवास स्थान न पा लूँ।
6 देखो, हमने एप्राता में सन्दूक के बारे में सुना है, और इसे जंगल के मैदान में पाया है।
7 हम उसके तम्बुओं में जाएँगे, हम उसके चरणों की चौकी पर दण्डवत् करेंगे।

Psalms 132
David's Zeal for the Temple and the Ark. God's Promises
1 Remember David, O Lord, and all his afflictions.
2 How he swore to the Lord, and vowed to the Mighty One of Jacob, saying,
3 Surely I will not come into the tent where I dwell, nor go up to the bed where I sleep.
4 I will not give sleep to my eyes, nor slumber to my eyelids,
5 Until I find a place for the Lord, a dwelling for the Mighty One of Jacob.
6 Behold, we have heard of the ark in Ephrathah, and found it in the field of the forest.
7 We will go into his tabernacles; we will worship at his footstool.
8 Arise, O Lord, into your resting place, you and the ark of your strength.
9 Let your priests be clothed with righteousness, and let your saints rejoice.
10 For the sake of your servant David, do not turn away the face of your anointed.
11 The Lord has sworn to David in truth, and will not turn away from it: Of the fruit of your womb I will set upon your throne.
12 If your children keep my covenant and my testimonies which I will teach them, then their children also will sit upon your throne forever.
13 For the Lord has chosen Zion; he desired it as his dwelling place, saying,
14 This is my rest forever; I will dwell here, for I have desired it.
15 I will abundantly bless her food; I will satisfy her needy with bread.
16 I will clothe her priests with salvation, and her saints will shout for joy.
17 There I will make the horn of David to bud; I have ordained a lamp for my anointed.
18 I will clothe her enemies with shame; but upon him his crown will flourish.
Salmos 132
O zelo de Davi pelo templo e pela arca. As promessas feitas
por Deus
1 Lembra-te, Senhor, de Davi, e de todas as suas aflições.
2 Como jurou ao Senhor, e fez votos ao Poderoso de Jacó,
dizendo:
3 Certamente que não entrarei na tenda em que habito, nem
subirei ao leito em que durmo,

8 Levanta-te, Senhor, no teu repouso, tu e a arca da tua
força.
9 Vistam-se os teus sacerdotes de justiça, e alegrem-se os
teus santos.
10 Por amor de Davi, teu servo, não faças virar o rosto do
teu ungido.
11 O Senhor jurou a Davi com verdade, e não se desviará
dela: Do fruto do teu ventre porei sobre o teu trono.
12 Se os teus filhos guardarem o meu concerto, e os meus
testemunhos, que eu lhes hei de ensinar, também os seus filhos se assentarão
perpetuamente no teu trono.
13 Porque o Senhor elegeu a Sião; desejou-a para sua
habitação, dizendo:
14 Este é o meu repouso para sempre: aqui habitarei, pois o
desejei.
15 Abençoarei abundantemente o seu mantimento; fartarei de
pão os seus necessitados.
16 Vestirei de salvação os seus sacerdotes, e os seus
santos rejubilarão.
17 Ali farei brotar a força de Davi: preparei uma lâmpada
para o meu ungido.
18 Vestirei os seus inimigos de confusão; mas sobre ele
florescerá a sua coroa.

भजनकार की विनम्रता
1 हे प्रभु, मेरा हृदय अभिमानी नहीं है, मेरी आँखें घमण्डी नहीं हैं; मैंने न तो बड़े-बड़े कामों में, न ही उन कामों में जो मेरे लिए बहुत ऊँचे हैं, अपने आपको व्यस्त रखा है।
2 निश्चय ही मैंने अपने मन को शान्त और चुप कर लिया है; जैसे दूध छुड़ाया हुआ बच्चा अपनी माँ के साथ रहता है, वैसे ही मेरा मन मेरे साथ रहता है।
3 इस्राएल अब से लेकर सदा तक यहोवा पर आशा लगाए रहे।
Psalms 131
The Psalmist's Humility
1 Lord, my heart is not haughty, my eyes are not lofty; I have not exercised myself in great matters, nor in things too high for me.
2 Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul; as a weaned child with its mother, so is my soul with me.
3 May Israel hope in the Lord from this time forth and forevermore.
Salmos 131
A humildade do salmista
1 Senhor, o meu coração não se elevou nem os meus olhos se
levantaram: não me exercito em grandes assuntos, nem em coisas muito elevadas
para mim.
2 De certo fiz calar e sossegar a minha alma: qual criança

Confession of Sin and the Hope of Forgiveness
1 Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord.

3 If you, O Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?
4 But with you there is forgiveness, that you may be feared.
5 I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and I hope in his word.
6 My soul waits for the Lord more than those who watch for the morning, yes, than those who wait for the morning.
7 Let Israel wait for the Lord, for with the Lord there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.
8 And he will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
Salmos 130
A confissão do pecado e a esperança do perdão
1 Das profundezas a ti clamo, ó Senhor.
2 Senhor, escuta a minha voz: sejam os teus ouvidos atentos

Psalm 129
The Church Is Persecuted, But Not Destroyed
1 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, let Israel now say.
2 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, yet they have not prevailed against me.
3 The plowmen have plowed upon my back; they have made their furrows long.
4 The Lord is righteous; he has cut short the cords of the wicked.
5 Let all who hate Zion be ashamed and turned back.
6 Let them be like the grass on the housetops, which withers before it is plucked.
7 With which the reaper does not fill his hand, nor does he who binds sheaves fill his arm.
8 Neither do those who pass by say, "The blessing of the Lord be upon you!" We will bless you in the name of the Lord.

A igreja é perseguida, mas não destruída
1 Muitas vezes me angustiaram desde a minha mocidade, diga
agora Israel.

todavia não prevaleceram contra mim.

Psalm 128
He who fears God will be blessed in his family
1 Blessed is the one who fears the Lord, who walks in his ways.
2 For he will eat the labor of his hands; happy will you be, and it will be well with you.
3 Your wife will be like a fruitful vine by the sides of your house; your children will be like olive plants around your table.
4 Behold, thus will the man who fears the Lord be blessed.
5 The Lord will bless you from Zion, and you will see the good things of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
6 You will see your children's children, and peace upon Israel.
Salmos 128
Aquele que teme a Deus será abençoado na sua família
1 Bem-aventurado aquele que teme ao Senhor e anda nos seus
caminhos.

irá bem.

सुरक्षा, समृद्धि और फलदायीता केवल परमेश्वर से आती है
1 यदि यहोवा घर न बनाए, तो बनानेवाले व्यर्थ परिश्रम करते हैं; यदि यहोवा नगर की रखवाली न करे, तो पहरेदार व्यर्थ जागता रहता है।

Psalm 127
Security, prosperity and fruitfulness come from God alone
1 Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain; unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.
2 It is vain for you to rise early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows, for so he gives his beloved sleep.
3 Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
4 Like arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are children of one's youth.
5 Blessed is the man who has a quiver full of them; they will not be put to shame when they speak with their enemies in the gate.
Salmos 127
Segurança, prosperidade e fecundidade vêm de Deus só
