Exodus 39 The vestments of the priests

Exodus 39
The vestments of the priests
And he made the dresses of the ministry, to minister in the sanctuary, blue, and purple and scarlet, also made the holy garments for Aaron, as the LORD commanded Moses.
And he made the ephod of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet and twined linen.
And they spread the gold plates, and cut it into threads to weave between the blue and in the purple, and in the scarlet and in the fine linen of cunning work.
They made it jambs to gather together: ace two ends came together.
And the artifice of belt ephod, that was upon him, was according to his work in the same piece, gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen, as the Lord commanded Moses .
And they prepared the onyx stones, set in gold, graven with seal engravings with the names of the children of Israel.
And he put them on the shoulders of the ephod for stones of memorial for the children of Israel, as the Lord commanded Moses.
And he made the breastplate of cunning work, like the work of the ephod, gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen.
It was foursquare; they made the breastplate double: its length was a span, and its breadth a span folded.
And they set in it four rows of stones: an order of a Sardia, a topaz, and a carbuncle; this is the first order.
And the second row an emerald, a sapphire and a diamond:
And the third row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst:
And the fourth row a turquoise, and an onyx, and a jasper, inclosed in their settings of gold.
These stones were for the names of the children of Israel, twelve according to their names; seal engraving, each with its name for the twelve tribes.
And they made upon the breastplate chains of equal measure, of wreathed work of pure gold.
And they made two settings of gold and two gold rings; and they put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate.
And they put the two chains of gold in the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate.
And the two ends of the two wreathed chains they put on the two settings: and put them on the shoulders of the ephod before him.
They made two rings of gold, and put the other two ends of the breastplate, on the edge that was next to the ephod inward.
And they made two rings of gold, and put them on the two sides of the ephod underneath, over against him over against his hollow, on the device of belt ephod.
And they did bind the breastplate with its rings ace ephod of rings with a string of blue, to be over the artifice of belt ephod, and the breastplate might not be divorced from the ephod, as the Lord commanded Moses.
And he made the robe of the ephod of woven work, all of blue.
And the collar of the robe was in the middle of it, like chainmail necklace: This necklace had a border around, so if you do not rend.
And the robe edges made pomegranates of blue, and purple, and scarlet, the twisted wire.
And they made bells of pure gold, and put the bells between the pomegranates on the edges of the cover, in wheel between the pomegranates:
A bell and a pomegranate, a bell and other pomegranate, the wheel will mantle edges: to minister, as the Lord commanded Moses.
And they made coats of fine linen of woven work for Aaron and his sons,
And the miter of fine linen, and goodly bonnets of fine linen, and the breeches of fine twined linen,
And the girdle of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, the work of the embroiderer, as the Lord commanded Moses.
And they made the leaf of pure gold holy crown, and wrote upon it a writing as seal engraving: HOLINESS TO THE LORD.
And they tied unto it a lace of blue, to bind will miter above, as the LORD commanded Moses.
Thus was all the work of the tent of meeting the tabernacle; and the children of Israel did according to all that the Lord commanded Moses; so did they.
